Short dining notes from our waterfront room: what to order, how to arrive, and how the space supports celebration.

Celebrations in Our Room

Private rooms, shared menus, and harbour views make Sala suited to birthdays, weddings, corporate lunches, and cocktail events.

Sala Privata, the dining rooms, terrace spaces, and Suite Two give groups a range of settings, from intimate seated meals to larger cocktail-style gatherings.

Our team pairs Italian dining, beverage service, and room detail with the kind of harbour setting that lets the occasion feel complete.

Arriving at Jones Bay Wharf

Plan an easy arrival by ferry, light rail, bus, foot, water taxi, or valet parking.

The F10 ferry reaches Pirrama Park from Barangaroo or Glebe, followed by a short walk to the lower deck. The L1 light rail, nearby bus routes, and a Pyrmont Bridge walk also bring guests close to the wharf.

For a more direct waterfront arrival, water taxis can drop guests at the venue. Onsite valet parking is also available.

What Waterfront Italian Dining Feels Like at Sala

Regional Italian plates, seafood, wine, and the harbour shape the way a meal unfolds in our room.

At Sala, the view is part of the table. We keep the food bright, seasonal, and generous so lunch can move easily into the afternoon and dinner can settle into the harbour light.

Start with seafood, lean into pasta and shared plates, and leave room for Dolce or a final drink by the water.
